The Indigenous Wellness Working Group of the Saskatchewan Physiotherapy Association hosted this informative webinar on October 9th, 2024 with speaker Jenny Gardipy.
Jenny presented on what they do at the Assembly of First Nations, their advocacy work and efforts to include allied health services under the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program. This was an excellent opportunity to discuss and address the barriers to accessing physiotherapy for those using Non-Insured Health Benefits.
