Peggy Proctor is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Master of Physical Therapy Program at the School of Rehabilitation Science, University of Saskatchewan, where she holds the position of Academic Lead Clinical Education and Community Affairs.

Peggy worked as a physiotherapist in many different clinical areas and geographic locations, across Canada and abroad. At the U of S, she is actively involved in responding to the Calls to Action of the Truth & Reconciliation Commission, and has a special interest in professional and ethical issues surrounding the practice of physical therapy.
